libestr0 software package provides Helper functions for handling strings (lib), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libestr0
libestr0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libestr0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libestr0 *
You will get with libestr0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
